The 12 copyrighted works in question are proprietary materials I created for my CSCI 3104 Algorithms class at the University of Colorado Boulder. The URL for my class website is

3. • 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)(iii)
The specific works in question are literal copies of my work (they are PDF scans of the paper copies I handed out to students, and which the students agreed not to publish or disseminate) and are located in the 2 following project directories, owned by user horatiusMMXIV :
