It has come to our attention that someone has obtained a copy of our source code and has published it in github.com in:

The entire source code of our Android application has been published in this project.
Due to the age of this source code, we believe this user is a former employee of the company who was terminated in 2012.
Because the java class package names have been renamed, we believe the code was modified and published with malicious intent.
If you look in this folder you can see classes which have nothing to do with “ApertureApp”.

The source files are clearly for an automotive-related application. Among other things, the source contain maps to TradeRev's propriatory business data structures and data services.

we can see:
1. One of the REST server addresses for traderev.com is commented in the source files ( as in the following java comment ):

2. The personal email address of [private], a partner and co-founder of NthGen Software and TradeRev.com can be found in the param strings (i.e. [private]). This email address was commonly use for testing and was in the source code of our files in 2012. I have copied [private] in this email.

3. The Release Notes / Changelog for our Android app was also included in the project, in https://github.com/apertureapps/lenamaste/blob/master/Release_notes.txt
As you can see from the notes, this is the change log for a major product, with significant work history. It is not the usual initial commit of an open source project.

Due to other Strings in the file which identify the developer using this code, we are certain the origin of these files is from said terminated employee.

I'm writing you because of my project NexusGames whose decompiled source code was illegaly published on github. The user FrickX got my bukkit plugin from one of my customers who published the obfuscated jar file and put the source here, so it's a literal copy of it. Since he published the complete source code, the project contains a plugin.yml where you can find information about me - the owner (Kocacola97, reallife: [private]).
The project I'm reporting as a complete copy is located under this link:

course or in my Brown University course can look at these files and
copy the answers. This undermines my ability to grade those
students on their own ability.
The copyrighted material is as follows:

Also this repositories have a contributor which is josetortosacarcelen linked to josel.tortosacarcelen with the password [private] and he tried to removed that names pushing different names for the solution file and suo file on the repository https://github.com/meramoroscon/GALLINASLARAMONA in order to stop google indexing that names on the different searches for Cocheamigos.

The probable reason Sulake Oy. marked my repository as copyright
infringement, is because the headers and the README.md file contained the
word Habbo. I assume they have, without further investigation, thought that
my project was, as they state in their DMCA notice, was "designed to bypass
technological protection measures that protect our product Habbo Hotel",
which it, I swear, doesn't. The reason the headers and the README.md file
contained the word Habbo, is because in an early stage the project
functioned as a system to manage Habbo styled site, but as progress was
made, the system grew out to a generic website CMS, like WordPress and
Joomla!, yet the README.md file and the headers were not updated and have
been copy-pasted during development. When the lock on the repository is
released, I will update every single file and remove the confusing sentences
to prevent further misconception.
The repository does not contain and has never contained any copyright
infringing material.
I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial
district in which my address is located the Northern District of California,
and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA
